We were hoping for a nice evening getaway during our vacation but it ended up being a huge disapointment. I tried to tell the girl at checkout about our experience but she was not interested.

I understand this is a new Hotel but atleast act like you care or are interested in your guests experience. It took me sending a copy of my credit card bill to get it researched further. What other room? I checked out by myself as my husband went out the side door to get the car. I was told that the person checking me out thought I had a friend with me so maybe the charge was for my other room. I called to have it researched and was told that this was not the case. I asked for it to be adjusted and was assured it was but have now seen it was charged for both amounts on my credit card.

Upon checking out I noticed we were overchaged. The following morning we went to take a shower in the fancy Spa like shower and there was no hot water. We went to call the front desk and the phone did not work. We used the tablet we were provided in the room to order an extra blanket. We decided to have a few drinks and go up to our room. It is less then half the price and alot closer to home. We would have choosen the clearwater hotel and casino if we would have known how bad this experience would be. The supervisor was busy but they assused us they would send someone over. We were so disspointed we asked to speak to the supervisor. As we arrived at the table it was being closed for the night. It was about 6:30 by this time so we decided to go play Roulette. We went to dinner at the nicer restaurant. Well it wasn't inspected good because the guest before us left their IPAD on the nighstand and that was not noticed. It was sealed with a cleaning seal that said it was inspected after cleaning. They were filming a commercial so there were no spots to park for the Hotel guests. We were told that yes it would be open until 10:00 pm so we decided that we would venture 2 hours from home to give it a try. We called prior to booking a room at the new Hotel to be sure Roulette would be open on a Thursday night.
